Run the Loop

Over 300 tournaments and thousands of league games have been hosted at the park, including two American Softball Association National Tournaments, a USSSA World Series, and the Georgia Games.....BUT, this is the first Ultra to be hosted at the Park.Park Address: 4335 Windsor Spring Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815

Rules of Engagement

- You must complete each 1.20 mile loop in at least 20 minutes (first 12 hours)- You must be at the starting point at the start of the next loop-This is a Last-Runner Standing event-Runners that complete a loop in greater than the 20-minute cut-off will be eliminated. This takes place for the first 12 hours.-If there is no winner at the 12-hour mark, we shift to a lemmings loop Last Runner Standing format. At that point, the time cut-off for reach subsequent loop decreases by 1 minute. For example, at the 12-hour mark, the following loop must be completed in 19 minutes; then 18 minutes; then 17 minutes, and so on until only one Runner successfully completes the loop in the required time.

Who Wins?

1. If multiple runners start the last loop, and only one completes it within the time limit, the Runner who does complete that loop is declared the winner.2. If multiple runners complete the a loop, but only one chooses to continue, then the last runner must complete one loop within the time limit to be declared the winner.3. If the Last Runner can not complete the loop in the time limit, then there will be no winner.

Dos & Don'ts

Event Rules & Recommendations

We want this to be a fun, family-friendly event. But, to make sure everyone has a fun, safe, and enjoyable race experience, there are some rules we need to follow. Please check out these rules before coming to the race.

Spectators & Support

Please, bring your friends, family, and crew members to the race. There's plenty to do at the park, and you can even have spectators accompany you on a lap, if you like.We will have a designated area for crews and support near the starting line.

Pets

NO UNLEASHED OR UNCONTROLLED PETS!Listen, we love our dogs just as much as you do. We've taken our four-legged companions into the swamps, dove fields, and trails with us for years. However, introducing pets into an environment with a lot of new people and other pets poses some risks that need to be considered. If you decide to bring your pet, it must remain in control and on a leash at all times! If you bring a four-legged pet with you unleashed, or if your pet is not under reasonable control, you will be asked to take them back home. Please don't make us do that...PLEASE!Runners, inform your crew, family, and other guests of this rule.

Shirts

To be guaranteed a shirt, you must register for the race before [INSERT DATE].

Racing Fees & Refunds

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLEWe get it, life happens and plans change last-minute. However, if you are unexpectedly unable to attend the event, your registration fee is donated to the cause for those able to attend. It takes a lot of time, money, and effort to organize these events. Often, our vendors and other expenses charge based on the number of registered racers. These costs don't go away because a runner registers but doesn't run.We try to make this an affordable and fun event. We don't charge sky-high fees, and we need every dollar to make the event happen.
